Production

In sigma Elektrik each product is configured as a seperate profit center and there is a customer- supplier comprehension in the manufacturing process. In Sigma Elektrik the production takes place in 3 different stages. These phases are;

• Eccentric press and plastic injection processes with which the raw materials convert into primary semi-Product.
• Welding, Clinching, centring and secondary semi-product processes that consist of semi-product
• Montage

In Sigma Elektrik maximum degree of the Automation technology is utilized in the production and we keep on our studies for automation of manufacturing process.
